Complexity Science, by Fabio Barzagli
Introduction
Complexity Science is the fifth and final book by the renewd artist-philosopher Fabio Barzagli.
Unlike the previous four, this is not a self-help book, but rather a science textbook. With this work, which will be published in two languages, the author suggests to Governments and Intellectuals around the world, a new integrated method of Community management that respects collective needs on the one hand and individual needs on the other.
The release of the italian version is scheduled for January 2026. (Mondo Nuovo PUBLISHING, see also Awareness).

This science maintains that every life-expression (a living being, an ecosystem, the Cosmos) manifests itself "in balance between order and chaos", and that if this balance were to shift towards one of the extremities (order or chaos) it would lead to the end of life itself. A scientific confirmation of the ancient locution/adage "in medio stat virtus" (virtue lies in the middle).
The book shows examples of complexity science applied to Philosophy, Sociology, Psychology, with a chapter dedicated to neuroscience and mental health.
The Internet, called the Global Village in the 1990s, and its vast sharing of culture, is creating a new world: divisive ideologies will disappear (this is the author's wish) replaced by a collective consciousness, a new alliance between men and women devoted to cooperation, the formation of healthy and prosperous Families and Societies.
Complexity Science has its origins in the 1980s, linked to the birth of the Santa Fé Institute in New Mexico, where Nobel Prize winners and luminaries from various disciplines gathered (a sort of Manhattan Project II) to draw up some guidelines for the interpretation of complex phenomena and Life.
Today we can observe the daily awakening of souls who, as if from a "deep sleep" return to connect with their deep mind, and with others, opening hearts and eyes to the truths and mysteries of Life yet to be discovered.

Leggendolo, sono tornato indietro nel tempo, a quando, nel 2001, assistetti alla mostra - Semplice e Complesso. Mostra interattiva su complessità, disordine e caos - tenutasi al palazzo Ducale di Genova.
Da allora, tante volte, nelle mie relazioni ho inserito la frase: La scienza che per secoli ha cercato di scomporre il mondo in parti semplici, si è ormai convinta che capire le parti è cosa ben diversa da capire il tutto. [..]
Non ho le conoscenze di Fabio Barzagli, artista e filosofo, ma questa frase mi ha aiutato a comprendere il mondo del microbiota. Infatti, nel mondo microbico le relazioni tra le parti sono molto più importanti dei singoli costituenti, generano nuove proprietà collettive, diverse da quelle dei costituenti.
